Services

We support care leavers within our self contained flats within Sefton with 24-7 staffing. Young people will be supported with a range a tools designed to help them on their journey to full independence such as the Resettlement passport and ASDAN short courses. Each young person has their own key worker who is responsible for coordinating the support that young people receive. Our background includes 40 combined years of experience supporting young people as such we have the skills to be able to achieve positive outcomes for users of our service.

We will consider emergency placements and/or personal individual circumstance following discussion with referrer.
