Additional Support
Rebuild aims to make clear recommendations, which will assist the key professionals in making informed decisions and care plans based on evidence, which supports the best interest of the child.
Rebuild is multiracial and multi-ethnic both in the makeup of the staff team and the principles to which we adhere to.
All assessments will be done without prejudicial views based on race, colour, religion, or language. All assessments will be based on the core indicators outlined in the Assessment Framework.
The team will be sensitive to cultural and religious differences and we will ensure that language skills are available when necessary for translation. Our recruitment policy will ensure that we have a representative staff team that is reflective of the communities in which we serve.
