REBUILD (NFSS)
Rebuild semi independence is the trading name for the National Family Support Service’s semi-independent provision. The NFSS (Rebuild) provides assessment services to include PAMS and also semi independent placements for young people between the ages of 16 and 24 within the Liverpool City Region. The NFSS also provides a range of other separate services for young people to help them reach their full potential from our HUB that is situated within the first floor of our provision. We are a Merseyside based service serving the community in which we live.
Rebuild semi independence is a stand alone service as such the NFSS knife crime and mobile support are additional services and can be accessed by those who are not utilizing our semi independent provision through the HUB.
As an ethical service, our business model is designed to financially support and invest in local charities working to support struggling local families of our great city. We believe that by reinvesting in the future of our community we are supporting the futures of our children and young people, and in doing so fulfilling an obligation to play our role with what we have to offer.
Services
We support care leavers within our self contained flats within Sefton and Liverpool with 24-7 staffing. Young people will be supported with a range a tools designed to help them on their journey to full independence such as the Resettlement passport and short courses. Each young person has their one key worker who is responsible for coordinating the support that young people receive. Our background includes 40 combined years of experience supporting young people as such we have the skills to be able to achieve positive outcomes for users of our service.
We will consider emergency placements and/or personal individual circumstance following discussion with referrer.
